Birds Nests Soup
Birds Nest 3 to 5 grams
Rock sugar, wolfberries, Ginko nuts
and red dates
Soak raw bird nests in water for 30 minutes, clean dirts and feathers, place ingredients into double boil pot. boil water till boiling point, place pot into pot and boil with high tempreature for 10 minutes and reduce fire to low then continue to boil for another 20 minutes in low tempreature. Birds nests ready to be served.
Bird Nests Tarts
Flour , eggs, baking soda, sugar, milk
buttter and birds nests 3 to 5 grams soaked
Soaked birds nests, mix up baking flour, soda and butter throughly, knead flour till dough formed. placed dough into mould and stirred egg with sugar and milk. pour egg mixture into mould and add birds nests to the egg mixture and bake till ready to serve.

Birds Nests In Coconut Milk With Sago
Coconut milk,
Sago,
Salt,
birds nests 3 to 5 grams soaked
Soaked birds nests in water, remove residue, place sago in boiling water to boil for 1 to 2 minutes, remove sago, place coconut milk into double boiled pot with sago and birds nests, then double boil birds nests for 5 miuntes in high tempreature then simmer birds nests and coconut minute with low tempreature for 20 minutes. You may consdier adding in fruits bits like mango, papaya and banana to enehance the chew. best to be served chilled. Depending on individual taste, a littel salt can be added to neutralised the over sweetness from the fruits and coocnut milk.

Birds Nests Porridge
Rice Grains, Birds Nests, Ginko Nuts, Red Dates and wolf berries
Rinse rice grains with water, soak bird nests, wash all ingredients accordingly, boil rice grains in boiling water for 10 minutes, when grains is half cook, add ginko nuts, wolfberries and red dates into pot, allow grains and ingredients to boils and cook in low tempreature for 15 minutes, add in birds nests and boil for another 10 minutes and off fire and simmer for last 5 to 7 minutes before serving. some rock sugar may be added to create a tinge of sweetness to this porridge too.
